The Arm Toning Challenge is specifically designed to eliminate flabby arms and improve their shape practically and effectively in just 4 weeks. Training and Rest System: 6 training days + 1 rest day for one month. This is repeated to cover 4 months for optimal results. 💪🔥 The program includes resistance training with dumbbells to increase strength and tone muscles, bodyweight exercises such as presses, dips, and shoulder presses, to build natural strength, in addition to cardio exercises using a rope or Battle Rope to burn fat, and stretching sessions for recovery and flexibility. Equipment Required: Dumbbells (2–15 kg depending on level), Aerobic Step, Stationary Bench, and Battle Rope.
